Cauce (Spanish): the channel that gives a river its shape and direction. A channel gives shape and direction to what, left to itself, would disperse. That is what we do with the projects we accompany: we read the ground, order what is there and trace a possible path across it. For companies, governments and investors, in settings where operations, regulation and the territory determine what strategy can aspire to be.

Methodology
Defining what to do is the starting point. The work lies in making it possible: in what sequence, with which actors, under what conditions and in exchange for what.
Regulation, operations, institutions, logistics, territory. How they actually relate, not how they should. Before tracing anything, we understand where we stand.
Among variables, actors and conditions, we separate what matters from what distracts. An open situation becomes a possible decision.
